While I have been in my classroom, I have noticed the overall amount of energy and constant need to move with my students. In December, we began with videos of freeze dance or work out count to 100. This was nice for the students to take a break from work, do a workout or dance and then return to work where they are able to focus but now they are ready to use equipment. The materials needed will allow my students to get active and focus on improving the skills for the activities. These activities will improve their focus, behavior and health!

About my class
