Participation is one way that students solidify information. With rewards and prizes given out in class, students see that their effort is recognized and rewarded. Behavior, excellent student work and good grades on assignments are all worthy of prizes. I believe if students feel that they can succeed and have those recognized in class, they are more willing to try things that they might be intimidated by. My project is designed for my classroom rewards and experiences in the classroom. I have no limit on who earns rewards in class, thus the large supply. I have currently been providing my class with my own rewards, but much greater things are possible with your help.
