Students in my Leadership II course have the opportunity to earn college credit for their class from the University of Pittsburgh. They are exposed to a variety of leadership theories and best practices by taking this class. One of the units of instruction for our course is the Kouzes & Posner Leadership Challenge. Students will be able to take an assessment that will help them develop as leaders by evaluating where they currently are, and allow others to provide them feedback as well. This will help them to develop their leadership skills and abilities in the class.

About my class
