I am teaching kinder to 8th grade . The students love rewards and gifts for motivation. I saw the impact of giving extrinsic tokens for them, the smile on their faces will surely be a good parameters that they are enjoying learning and attending my classes. Many times that I always surprise them with rewards everytime they did good in their quiz, assignments and ixl apps. Truly rewarding my students will enable them to be in my class all year round.
