My students all work hard and have very different wiggle needs. Being 7 and 8 years old they need to stand and sit and wiggle as they learn and I want to give them what they need to be able to learn the most that they can. We work hard and take small breaks, but it is not enough.
My students work in different areas of the room for different activities or to find a quiet place by themselves, but they either sit on the floor or drag one of our classroom chairs over. We gather on the carpet in one big group, but again they are sitting on the carpet. I want to be able to provide them with comfortable seating (Balance Ball Chair, Air Stability Wobble Cushion and Plastic Stack Stools) and many choices so they can choose a seat that works best for their wiggle and learning needs.
About my class
