In a classroom of 30 students, the limited percussive equipment that I currently have would allow 4 students to one set of bells and a snare drum. This will negatively impact my students by not giving them the musical opportunities they deserve to create, perform, improvise, and work together. I want my students to know that they are valued enough to have nice things. By donating these percussion kits and books, more students will be able to create their own music! This percussion equipment will allow for more of my students to participate at one time and work collaboratively.

About my class
