I teach 4th grade in a small, close knit, rural school in Arendtsville, PA. In our district, 52% of our students come from some situation of poverty (low income, homeless, etc). I teach about 65 different, unique, and special 4th graders who have a variety of different learning abilities, needs, and economical backgrounds.
I teach a variety of different students. Among my regular education students, I have students that qualify for ESL, Gifted and Learning Support services.
In our school we have limited use and accessibility of resources due to budget and resource restrictions.
