I have a wonderful group of 27 fifth graders this year in a title one school. I can see the light in their eyes as they are on the edge of really taking off but I can see that unless they have a really good reason to push themselves that might not happen. What they need is to see that things that they do and think can become a part of our reality and send them to the next level in STEM. These are students that really do have great potential and can create wonderful things.
