Most of my students come from low-socioeconomic households where technology and books are almost nonexistent. I have a diverse group of learners ranging from students with special needs to students who are gifted and talented. Every day, they come to school with smiles on their faces, ready to learn about the world around them. They are scientists, explorers, authors, companions, a team, and a family. They are exceptional individuals who strive to be the constant, not the variable. They are our future leaders who are learning to build a better tomorrow.
