Hi there! This past school year I transitioned from 6th grade to 2nd grade and I am completely in love. While I am thankful for the experience of having taught 11 & 12 year olds, 2nd graders truly have my heart. Just like my 6th grade classroom, my 2nd grade classroom is tight, and I mean really tight. We sit at tables and have seat sacks to hold our belongings but we are definitely cramped. My biggest project that I would like to accomplish for next year is to have the students be more independently organized. I would like to find ways to better utilize the space we do have to make it functional and appealing to the children. While I consider myself to be pretty good at organization, limited space has a tendency to hinder that a bit. Thank you for taking the time to look at my project!
