Please help make a difference in my students' lives! Young children that have Autism Spectrum Disorders need early intervention services to help them succeed in both school and daily life. Students placed into my Pre-Kindergarten special education classroom are between 3-5 years old. Please help provide my students with tools that will give them the foundational skills to become successful members of our community! The students in my class are taught academic, communication, social, emotional, and independent functioning skills. The rainbow mat, sorting box, and other tools I am requesting in this project will meet students' sensory, social-emotional, communication goals through hands-on, play-based learning. Your support would be greatly appreciated!
