My students are very energetic and LOVE to move, and dance in the classroom! We make whole body learning a big part of our day. We often take brain breaks to dance or wiggle out our extra energy. We use arm movements to remember angles in math, the head shoulders knees and toes song to remember parts of a friendly letter, and turn and teach strategies from whole brain teaching to teach our partners in kid language. Then, for me to ask them to sit still, in hard plastic chairs, and concentrate on work, is a bit contradictory. Please help us be our best everyday by donating to our class project!
