My students with special needs leave their regular classrooms during reading instruction and enter my classroom. I want comfortable seating so that my students feel like my classroom is there own classroom too! I want the environment to be cozy and inviting while we are reading every day, learning reading strategies, and cooperating with others.
My students with special needs will feel welcome outside of the regular education classroom in my resource room! This seating will allow my students to spread out and find their own defined space to work throughout the classroom. I am trying to transform this once 1st grade classroom to suit my 3-5th graders!
