I need the portable CD players and books on cds to build my listening center in my kindergarten classroom. I want them to become familiar with big words, listening to words, and follow along in books to some of their favorite stories. My students enjoy listening to stories on my portable CD player. I want to build my own listening center for them to go to when we do centers in the classroom. They will really enjoy listening to some of their favorite stories come to life in the listening center. They will strengthen their listening skills and recognizing words with the CD players and books with cds.
