AR technology is an amazing resource that allows students to visualize and see the fine details which they are learning about. They can zoom in on planets or become the bee pollinating flowers to see the exact process and become part of the science of the world around them. “The only source of knowledge is experience” ~ Albert Einstein. The Kindle Fire Tablets will allow my students to access apps which allow them to access alternative technology in the classroom. They have shown such engagement when using these programs with them but I currently only have one device to share amongst 22 students. Through this project, the students will be able to have small groups in which they study using augmentative reality in technology together. It is absolutely the most amazing thing and the kids absolutely love it! Thank you for your support of my students.
