I am currently an Interventionist and STEAM Lab teacher for students in Kindergarten through fifth grade. I teach some amazing students. They are very sweet and have a strong desire to learn. I come from a low socio-economic school, where 88% are on free or reduced lunch.
It is very important for students to have hands-on materials to enrich their learning experience. Their attention spans are not meant to sit on a rug and listen to a lecture. The best way for students to learn is to have interaction with their subject and get involved. The children get so excited and are ready to learn when they have opportunities for hands-on activities. Please take a moment to look at our classroom projects. By donating you will change the lives of these students and countless others in the future.
