Many of my students do not have access to books and math games when they are away from school. These headphones will give them access to books on line, math story problems, and listening to definitions to enrich their vocabulary. We are a STEAM school and incorporating science and art into everyday is a challenge when the students cannot listen to things on the internet.
My project will make a difference because my students will be in charge of their learning. Our school is acquiring more technology everyday and our classroom does not yet have all the equipment to ensure all students are learning to the best of their capabilities. This grant will help to close that gap just a little bit more.
