Sometimes buying something as simple as a pencil is a lot to ask of my students. Supplies your help provide will make sure that income is not a factor in being able to do their assignments. I teach Algebra and Geometry so there is a lot of graphing that we do. Most of my students can only afford a 50 cent notebook. I want to be able to provide them with graph ruled notebooks which are more expensive than a regular wide or college ruled notebook so they have the ease of a graph to be able to visually see their work and hopefully better understand the material because they have better tools.
