With a diverse classroom of 22 students, I teach children from almost every socioeconomic background with a vast ranges in class, race, and religion. These students create a small sample of the world within our 4 walls. They learn to love, encourage, understand and support each other above all else. Spending most of their waking hours in our classroom, they become explorers, engineers, scientists, philosophers, authors, friends and family. Having a physically active classroom to increase student engagement and creativity, is my goal for 2018, as well as my Masters Thesis.

About my class
