Most of my students come from difficult home lives. Some students don't have access to internet for me to upload our notes from class, but don't have enough structure to take care of them if they bring them home. I feel the best way I can address this would be to scan the notes and print them for the students to use at night. Many will only have these notes available to help them with homework, which they must learn to complete daily to continue to be successful in school in the future.
The problem lies in only being allowed a few hundred copies at the school per semester. I offered to raise money for paper to use at the school, but they need expensive toner and maintenance, etc. With about 15 kids a day needing 1-3 pages of notes printed, this is not enough to get these notes home with the kids. Please help increase my students' success by providing us with a printer, ink, and paper, so I can give them helpful notes and information that most family members cannot provide for them. These kids have a genuine desire to learn and do well in school. With your help, I know each student will achieve exactly this.
