I teach fourth grade in a priority district. A high percentage of our population receives free or reduced breakfast and lunch. We also have inclusive classrooms that support typical students, special education students, and ESL students. Teachers and students are working diligently with the support of our administrators and district leaders to promote a positive learning environment where all children can be successful. Each year, I spend a great deal of time researching strategies and procuring items that will help my students thrive and will help me teach in the way that they learn. Your donations to my projects will help provide a stable, positive learning community where each student feels a sense of pride and ownership.
