As a teacher in a Title I, low-income/high poverty school, my students come to school looking for an opportunity to work hard and earn a good education. These students look up to their teachers for guidance and support in their daily lives. Meeting the needs of my students can sometimes be challenging, when finding the resources needed to make learning more fun and engaging. These children seek knowledge through books and technology. My students are always eager to learn through new innovative student centered projects. It helps them build a better sense of accomplishment all while mastering classroom standards.
