My third grade students are learning two languages. They want to be bilingual and informed about what happens around the world. I teach third grade bilingual in a high need-community. The children in our community do not have a lot of resources and the school plays a vital role of support for their parents. We offer after school programs, activities for students, ESL classes for adults and we have a family center.
