Welcome to Ms. Duink's Classroom. The school I teach at is a Title 1 school. Most of the students are on Free Lunch, the students come from all different living situations. Some live with mom only, or grandparents are taking care of them. Some are Foster kids. Many different sad living situations. My main goal is to get these 1st graders to learn and READ! Many of my students don't have books at home therefore sending home Scholastic News and Time for Kids provide the students with reading material for home! Please help out our future by giving them reading materials to be successful in life! Thank you
