Our classroom is outside enjoying the day! Some days are very sunny and hot while others may be rainy or cool. Whatever the weather, we are in class to educate ourselves on the benefits of physical fitness! We have a small fenced in area to work out and play in, but it is not a covered area and therefore we have limitations in the types of sports and games we can play. We are hoping for a paved area to incorporate basketball and other games in addition to a pavilion to cover the area we work out in. Our play area is enclosed by a 6 foot fence and is about 30 yards in width on each side, therefore, as mentioned previously, we have many limitations. Despite the limits, our kids manage to smile, compete and give their best effort everyday as they learn and understand that physical education is training for taking care of their bodies and building towards those long-term benefits for years to come!
