Our school is not a Renaissance or Title One school (low socioeconomic), but about half (400) of our students are bused in from these areas. We don't get assistance from the state like Renaissance and Title One, so our students don't have the extra funding for robotics clubs and/or STEM programs. We need to make sure that the children are growing with the world around them. We need to give them the chance to inspire themselves, even if they don't have the support from home.
