I teach separate class Exceptional Student Education. Last year I discovered that music was very motivational for my students. At the end of a week of hard work, I would pull out some of my personal instruments, such as a harp, guitar and a ukulele, and play for them. The music allowed us to relax and just be together as friends. I let the students experiment with the instruments. They loved it so much! I started thinking how great it would be to have a complete set of instruments and really teach them to play!
