I work at a low income school with very little resources. My students parents don't have the money to purchase books for the students to have at home and many of them have never even been to a library. Some have never even been read too. Some of my students are trying hard to be good readers but lack the resources (variety of books on their level). Some have not been exposed to books so they are just beginning to read.
Even with all of these obstacles these students are eager to learn and are only limited by their imagination. The imagination sparked by books.
