Your donations of disposable face masks, a new air filter, and a portable microphone have made a tremendous difference in how we navigate learning during challenging times.\r\n\r\nThe disposable face masks ensured that no student ever had to miss out on learning because they forgot their mask at home or theirs broke during the day. \r\nThe air filter has been running quietly in our classroom every single day, giving students and families peace of mind that we're doing everything possible to keep the air clean and safe. \r\nThe portable microphone has been an absolute game-changer. Students who were quarantined at home could hear lessons clearly during virtual sessions. Even in the classroom, it's helped students who are hard of hearing or those wearing masks understand instruction better. On days when my voice was strained from teaching through a mask, the microphone ensured every student could still hear clearly without me having to strain or shout.\r\n\r\nYour generosity showed my students that their health and safety matter. It showed families that we're committed to keeping school accessible no matter what challenges arise. Most importantly, it allowed us to focus on what matters most: learning, growing, and being together as a classroom community.\r\n\r\nThank you for investing in our health, safety, and continued learning. Your kindness made our classroom a place where every student could show up, breathe easier, and focus on being a kid and a learner.","fullyFundedDate":1629065825295,"projectUrl":"project/a-covid-ready-classrooom/5738120/","projectTitle":"A Covid Ready Classrooom","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Ferris","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/272x272/tp5419052_272x272.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1527565471055","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/5419052"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_121052","usesÐǿմ«Ã½":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":425,"numTeachers":17,"percentFrplEligible":8,"percentAsian":1,"percentBlack":0,"percentWhite":63,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":28,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"K - 5","studentTeacherRatio":"25.0:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":false,"titleOne":false,"metroType":"SUBURBAN","ncesMetroType":"SUBURB_LARGE"},"inStateSupporters":81.6,"schoolId":121052,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Innovation Academy on @Ðǿմ«Ã½:","schoolName":"Innovation Academy","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/arizona/amphitheater-unified-school-district/innovation-academy/121052"}
