The power strips are used to keep student laptops charged while completing assignments and projects. Recently, 8th-grade students completed a slideshow project on Howard Gardner's Theory of Multiple Intelligences. Students collaborated in teams and/or pairs to complete this project. They finished up the project by reviewing each other's work in presentation mode. \r\n\r\nThe power strips are also used to support benchmark and state testing in my classroom. It is important for students to keep their laptops charged while completing these mandatory exams.
