My students were absolutely thrilled when they saw the new tablet, magnetic tiles, building sets, and literacy materials. The excitement in their eyes said it all — they couldn't wait to explore, build, create, and learn.\r\n\r\nWe've already begun using the new Fire HD tablet during during book check-out so they can look up the call number for a book they are interested in reading. The LCD writing tablets have become a favorite tool for brainstorming story ideas, practicing sight words, and even sketching book-inspired drawings. The magnetic tiles, Tinkertoys, flower garden sets, and building blocks have turned our makerspace corner into a hub of creativity and teamwork — students are collaborating to design everything from imaginary cities to storybook settings!\r\n\r\nThese new resources have sparked engagement across all grade levels and helped students strengthen their creativity, problem-solving, and literacy skills. Moving forward, we'll continue to use these materials during our weekly STEM and literacy centers to encourage curiosity, collaboration, and a lifelong love of learning.\r\n\r\nYour donation has made a lasting difference in our library and in the lives of every student who walks through our doors.
