My Puerto Rican students especially enjoyed this project as they learned more about their culture than they knew existed.\r\n\r\nThese funds for additional activities and curriculum were especially helpful this fall as I had some unexpected health issues and had to be away from the classroom. With these funds, I was able to purchase online activities that aligned with our current units so that the students education would not suffer in my absence.
