The books have helped the students with their book reports as they identify the characters, setting, problem and solution in each story. They were also able to predict what the story would be about. \r\n\r\nReading in the classrooms can take place in during their SOAR time, a time when students are working in a small group and/or reading a book of their choice and journaling about what they have read. \r\n\r\nParticular students that love the new books are DP and MM who love the humor in the books and the graphic nature of the stories. I am so grateful for your support and the impact you have made on my students.
